Arrival by airplane
The Zurich International Airport is located ten kilometers from downtown. The easiest way to reach the downtown area is by taxi, shuttle bus or s-train. Please let us know if we may assist you with organising your airport transfers.

Arrival from the airport by train:
The ALDEN Hotel Splügenschloss can be reached in 23 minutes with the SBB (Swiss Railway Company; train number S2) from the airport. The closest staton is "Bahnhof Enge" which is located in a 5 minutes walking distance

A taxi drive from Zurich main station takes 5 to 10 minutes and costs approx. CHF 20.00.
A tram ride (Lines 6, 7 and 13) costs CHF 2.50 (Kurzstrecke/Short trip) and takes 8 minutes. Get off at station Tunnelstrasse and from there you reach the hotel after 200m along Genferstrasse.
Mit dem Tram (Linie 6, 7 und 13) kostet die Fahrt CHF 2.50 (Kurzstrecke) und dauert 8 Minuten. Steigen Sie an der Haltstelle Tunnelstrasse aus und von hier sind es noch 200m zum Hotel der Genferstrasse entlang.

Zurich is easily and safely reached by Autobahn from all parts of Switzerland, Italy, France, Germany and Austria.
Parking in front of the hotel CHF 30.00 per day. We are happy to park your car in the garage of our partner hotel "Ascot" at a rate of CHF 40.00 per day.
To use the Swiss Autobahn you need a special Autobahnvignette sticker (CHF 40.00).
